The COVID-19 crisis will have significant impacts on mental health around the world. Crises generally lead to elevated mental health symptoms among specific subpopulations at greater risk for negative impacts. However, the COVID-19 crisis is unprecedented with regard to scale, duration, loss of life, economic impact, and need for social isolation. This Working Group will focus on burgeoning mental health needs related to the COVID-19 crisis.
