Bridging Needs with Research through Action-Oriented Community Design

banner-covid-action-community

This Working Group aligns near-term community needs with long-term adaptation strategies to address complex spatial challenges. The gap between community action and scientific consensus is widening, which suggests a fundamental lack of trust. At the intersections of public health, climate change, and economic instability, the group will use case studies, engagement, and community narratives to highlight the convergence of action and design research.
