This Working Group is interested in the potential for technology and new forms of digital information to assist the COVID-19 response and change the nature of public sector work, including emergency management. The group is also interested in the ways in which digital technology (e.g., smart phones, remote work, digital collaboration, new sources of information) impacts thinking.
