The National Science Foundation-supported RAPID facility is pleased to announce the release of many new features, collectively referred to as “Advanced Questionnaires,” via their mobile data collection iOS app, the RApp. This webinar provided an overview of the new features, including how to create questionnaires, view completed questionnaires, and download questionnaire data in CSV format.
The recorded webinar is posted on the CONVERGE webinar series page. You can also sign-up for future events and free resources at the CONVERGE website.
In preparation for the December 11, 2020, webinar, participants were encouraged to view this video recording that describes RApp functionalities and how the application can be used to collect field data. In addition, the website for managing and viewing data collected by RApp, Mission Control, is available for view and use, although a DesignSafe account is needed for access.
About: The RAPID facility provides researchers with equipment, software, and support services to collect, process, and analyze perishable data from natural hazard events. You can learn more about the RAPID facility at their website.
